Ra’dsa Herbert, 24, of Odgen, Kansas was arrested on the offense of aggravated assault (domestic related) in the 200 block of 7th Street in Ogden on September 19, 2016 at approximately 1:55 PM. Herbert was arrested after an altercation that involved a kitchen knife that was brandished. There was one adult male listed as a victim in this investigation and no injuries were noted. Herbert was given a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report she was confined at the Riley County Jail. Due to the nature of this crime and its ongoing status no further information was available to release.
Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for a rape which occurred between June 1, 2016 and July 31, 2016 at an unknown location in Riley County, Kansas. Officers listed a 32-year-old female as the victim and the suspect, who is known to her, is listed as being of unknown age. Police were told that the victim was unable to give consent at the time of this crime. This investigation is ongoing and at the time of this report no further information was available for release.
RCPD filed a report for unlawful sexual relations in the city limits of Manhattan, Kansas on September 20, 2016 at approximately 3:00 AM. Officers responded to a residence and were told of a sexual encounter between a 15-year-old female and a 17-year-old male.
