    Officers filed a report for arson in the 200 block of Fifteenth St. in Ogden on October 31, 2018, at approximately 5:30 PM. Officers listed George Mallon Trash as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect set fire to a dumpster. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $50.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Amber Blackaby, 33, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Stone Pointe Dr. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018 at approximately 8:20 PM. Blackaby was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Blackaby was issued no bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.

    James Goodridge, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 31, 2018, at approximately 5:00 PM. Goodridge was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act (x3). Goodridge was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Goodridge was not confined at the time of this report.

    Shameke Strong, 36, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2200 block of Browning Ave. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018, at approximately 9:05 AM. Strong was arrested on offenses of possession of methamphetamine w/ intent to distribute within 1000′ of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia-manufacture/distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Strong was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Michael Stevens, 39, of Junction City was arrested while in the 2200 block of Browning Ave. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018, at approximately 9:05 AM. Stevens was arrested on offenses of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and interference with LEO. Stevens was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Jade Hoover, 25, of Junction City was arrested while in the 2200 block of Browning Ave. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018, at approximately 9:05 AM. Hoover was arrested on offenses of possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1000′ of a school, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Hoover was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing her to be confined at the time of this report.

    Anthony Moss, 51, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2200 block of Browning Ave. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018, at approximately 9:05 AM. Moss was arrested on offenses of possession of methamphetamine w/intent to distribute within 1000′ of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia-manufacture/distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Moss was issued a total bond of $20,000.00. Moss was not confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for forgery in the 1100 block of Poytnz Ave. in Manhattan on October 31, 2018 at approximately 10:20 AM. Officers listed the City of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect fraudulently cashed checks. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,316.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery in the 1200 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 1, 2018 at approximately 4:20 AM. Officers listed Matthew Khoury, 21, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported he was robbed by four unknown suspects. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
