    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on May 19, 2019, at approximately 9:15 PM. Officers listed RC McGraws as the victim when it was reported an unknown male damaged a glass door at the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Reginald Carter, 35, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 400 block of S 11th St. in Manhattan on May 18, 2019, at approximately 8:25 PM. Carter was arrested on offenses of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, possession of paraphernalia w/ intent to manufacture/plant/ cultivate controlled substance, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property. Carter was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Derek Blea, 26, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1000 block of Colorado St. in Manhattan on May 17, 2019, at approximately 4:00 PM. Blea was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Blea was issued total bond of $40,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for arson and theft in the 2400 block of Pillsbury Crossing Ln. in Manhattan on May 18, 2019, at approximately 11:30 AM. Officers listed Heather Moore, 45, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her 2008 Saturn Aura and set it on fire. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $8,000.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for theft in Manhattan on May 18, 2019, at approximately 8:30 PM. Officers listed Britney Huls, 25, of Marysville as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her 2 dogs. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
