Rosencutter Rd. at Skyvue Ln. in south Manhattan will be closed Monday through mid-April.

The closure is due to a stormwater improvement project that aims to replace a culvert and install stormwater inlets at the intersection.

Detour routes will be set up so businesses and residents in the area of the project continue to have access to Fort Riley Blvd.

Businesses along Skyvue Ln. and north of the work area will be able to access Fort Riley Boulevard through Seth Child Rd. and Stagg Hill Rd.

Residents who live south of Rosencutter Rd. will have access via South Manhattan Ave. and Moehlman Rd.

Waste haulers will have access to the Riley County Solid Waste Transfer Station by way of South Manhattan Ave.
