An Abilene man was arrested Tuesday on a pair of Riley County District Court warrants as well as an Ogden Municipal Court warrant, all for failure to appear.
According to RCPD, the warrants against 39-year-old Alvin Mason, stem from his past failures to appear in court for original charges of criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of an amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the offender registration act, in addition to two driving violations.
Mason remains jailed on a total bond of $201,000.
