    Officers filed a report for theft in the 2300 block of Stagg Hill Road in Manhattan on December 1, 2023, around 11:47 AM. Officers listed Briggs Auto as the victim when it was reported a known suspect took money from the company safe. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,600.

    Officers filed a report for theft in Manhattan on December 1, 2023, around 12:29 PM. Officers listed Kansas State Bank as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect transferred money from a deceased female’s bank account. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $8,849.48. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Gary Bouck Jr., 50, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on December 1, 2023, around 4:40 PM. Bouck Jr. was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Bouck Jr. was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was not confined at the time of this report. Jones was issued a total bond of $20,000 and was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 400 block of Poyntz Avenue in Manhattan on December 3, 2023, around 3:57 PM. Officers listed Academy Sports as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects took Nike apparel from the store. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.
