Officers filed a report for theft in the 1800 block of College Ave. in Manhattan on February 12, 2024, around 2:14 PM. Officers listed an 80-year-old female as the victim when it was reported two known suspects removed gained access to the victim’s debit cards and withdrew/used them without her permission. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,000.
