RCPD Report: 4/24/24

Officers filed a report of an injury accident in the 800 block of Griffith Drive on April 23, 2024, at approximately 8:43 PM.  Officers report a a vehicle traversed a parking lot, striking a curb and a sign before heading downhill through some bushed before coming to a stop.  Officers listed the driver of the single car accident as Ulises Soto, 25, of Manhattan with KDOT and a 75 year-old male as the victims of the accident.  The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Soto was transported to Via Christi for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Macaiah Anderson, 22, of Manhattan was arrested on April 23, 2024, ay approximately 4:26 PM in the 3000 block of Kimball Ave.  Anderson was arrested onb probable cause offense of distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic/stimulant/ heroin dosage 10- <100 units x2 and distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic/stimulant/ heroin dosage <10 units.  Anderson’s total bond was set at $50,000 and he was confined at the time of this report.

Amy Roth, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 24, 2024, at approximately 1:48 AM.  Roth was arrested on Riley County District Court warrants for distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic/stimulant dosage 3.5 – <100 grams, failure to appear x3, burglary, and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.  Roth’s total bond was set at $73,750 and she was confined at the time of this report.

Ryan Inglett, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 24, 2024, at approximately 1:50 AM.  Inglett was arrested on probable cause offense of distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic/stimulant dosage 3.5 – <100 grams, burglary, use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, and Interference with LEO.  Inglett’s total bond was set at $31,000 and he was confined at the time of this report.
