Wilms was arrested on probable cause offenses of criminal threat, harassment by telecom device, and stalking. Total bond was set at $45,000. Wilms was confined at the time of this report.
Russell Harmon, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 400 block of Fort Riley Blvd on July 16, 2024, at approximately 10:24 PM. Harmon was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge in this matter was for battery. Total bond was set at $50,000.
