A Junction City man was taken to a hospital on Monday afternoon after he was injured in a car accident in Geary County.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the intersection of N. Madison Street and West 7th Street in Junction City just before 4 p.m. to find a two-vehicle accident.
The accident occurred when Ksos Moses of Junction City was traveling north in his 2013 Chevy Traverse on Madison when he ran a stop sign colliding with Ramar Byrd of Milford who was driving in his 2006 Chevy Silverado.
Moses was transported to Via Christi for non-life threatening injuries. Byrd was meanwhile was treated for his injuries at the scene.
