By the time the weekend is over, Kansas State football can say that through four weeks of the 2024 season, they’ve seen both extremes that college football has to offer when it comes to elevation.
Two weeks ago, the Wildcats traveled to New Orleans to face Tulane. The Big Easy mostly sits just a few feet above sea level, while some parts dip below sea level. While the low altitude didn’t affect play, the humidity of playing in a school so close the Gulf of Mexico was certainly a challenge.
