An Ogden man finds himself in hot water with law enforcement following his arrest Monday for aggravated domestic battery.
Timothy Hill, 35, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Monday night in the 100 block of Tenth Street on probable cause charges of aggravated domestic battery, making a criminal threat and criminal restraint.
Hill was booked into the Riley County Jail on a bond of $14,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
