    Wichita woman held on $1M bond for probation violation

    A Wichita woman is being held in jail after her arrest in Riley County Tuesday for probation violation.

    Elivia Richards, 19, was arrested on a Sedgwick County warrant on two counts of violating her probation, just before 5:30 on Tuesday afternoon.

    Richards is currently confined on a bond of $1 million at the time of this report.

    Due to the warrant being in a different county, RCPD was unable to provide further details on the case at this time.
