A local woman has been arrested by RCPD for criminal damage to property.

Police arrested 37-year-old Allyson Gann just prior to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in the 600 block of Poyntz Avenue.

Officers charge Gann in this case with single counts of criminal damage to property with a value between $1,000 and $25,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or stimulate. KDOC records show Gann previously had been convicted in Riley County for child abuse back in 2007 and for criminal damage to property in Pottawatomie County in 2021.

Gann was booked into the Riley County Jail on a bond of $5,000. She remains confined at the time of this report.
