Cesilio Martinez Gonzalez, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 25, 2024, at approximately 4:15 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Martinez Gonzalez was arrested on the probable cause offenses of interference with an LEO, failure to appear, identity theft, perjury, and interference with the judicial process. Total bond was set at $21,500. Martinez Gonzalez was confined at the time of this report.
