Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property and theft in the 500 block of Pillsbury Drive on December 2, 2024, at approximately 12:30 PM. Officers listed Habitat for Humanity as the victim when it was reported the lock on a storage trailer was broken and tools were stolen from the trailer. Adam Zolkiewski, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested on December 2, 2024, at approximately 4:30 PM in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza. Zolkiewski was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charges in this matter were violation of a protection order and stalking x 2. Total bond was set at $5,000. Zolkiewski was confined at the time of this report.
