Abel Gutierrez, Jr., 34, of Laredo, Texas, was arrested on January 9, 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Gutierrez was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated sexual battery (victim is physically powerless), failure to appear, aggravated sexual battery (force or fear), and sexual battery x2. Total bond was set at $15,500. Gutierrez was confined at the time of this report.
