    Officers filed a report of fraud, theft, and criminal use of a financial card on March 7, 2025, at approximately 8:30 AM in the 1100 block of Garden Way.  Officer listed an 86-year-old male as the victim when it was reported people entrusted with his accounts were using them to make fraudulent purposes. Total loss associated with the report is approximately $10,000 and dates back to at least August of 2024.

    Messiayah Nolte, 21, of Topeka, was arrested on March 8, 2025, at approximately 6:30 PM in the 700 block of Vattier. Nolte was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for possession of marijuana. Total bond was set at $5,000. Nolte was not confined at the time of this report.

    Quintin Daniels, 20, of Junction City, was arrested on March 8, 2025, at approximately 10:20 PM in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Daniels was arrested on the probable cause offenses of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, battery on an LEO, and interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $6,000. Daniels was later arrested again at approximately 5:13 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Daniels was arrested for the probable cause offense of battery on an LEO. Total bond for this offense was set at $15,000. Daniels was confined at the time of this report.

    Amari Gross, 22, of Fort Riley, was arrested on March 9, 2025, at approximately 12:24 AM in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Gross was arrested on the probable cause offenses of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm while under the influence, and disorderly conduct. Total bond was set at $15,000. Gross was confined at the time of this report.

    Jordan Zimmerman, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 9, 2025, at approximately 8:34 PM in the 700 block of Poyntz Ave. Zimmerman was arrested on the probable cause offense of burglary. Total bond was set at $5,000. Zimmerman was confined at the time of this report.
