    Jeffery Bailey, 44, of Pittsburg Kansas, was arrested on April 16, 2025, at approximately 7:24 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, on a Riley County District Court warrant for 5 counts of rape. Bailey remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a bond of $75,000.

     Charles Shelby, 61, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 16, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the 400 block of S. 5th Street, for aggravated violation of the offender registration act, 3 counts of violation of the offender registration act and 3 counts of perjury.  Shelby remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a bond of $12,000.

    Officers filed a report of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass and interference with a law enforcement officer in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road.  A 22-year-old woman listed as a victim reported that a 22-year-old man entered her residence uninvited.  The 22-year-old man was reported as having illegal substances on his person.  Oscar Burgos-Floriana, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 16, 2025, at approximately 2:35 a.m. in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road.  Burgos-Floriana was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass and interference with a law enforcement officer.  Burgos-Floriana remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a bond of $5000.
