A Manhattan man was arrested Monday evening following a reported stabbing in the 3000 block of James Avenue.

According to the Riley County Police Department, officers filed a report around 8:08 p.m. on April 28, 2025, for aggravated battery, aggravated endangering a child, and criminal damage to property. A 17-year-old female was listed as a victim after her 21-year-old brother, identified as Olsen Talalele Jr., allegedly armed himself with a knife and stabbed her in the leg. Authorities say the injury was non-life-threatening.
