A Manhattan man received a sentence of almost two years in prison in Riley County District Court on Monday for four cases with similar charges.
Ronnie Summerset Jr., 26, was found guilty last month of the charges of multiple counts of criminal threat, multiple violations of protective orders and two counts of stalking after his attorneys Tricia Black and Brenda Jordan reached a plea agreement with the state.
The convictions arise from events spanning May-December 2024 and affected several victims, three of which made victim impact statements to Judge Grant Bannister in court Monday morning. Rayne Rekoske, Emily Lenk and Danette Lenk all made statements in the presence of Summerset. Hannah Travis was also listed as a victim.
