Storms possible across the area this afternoon

    0
By KMAN Staff on April 24, 2025 Local News

The National Weather Service says there’s a 30 to 50 percent chance for thunderstorms to develop this afternoon across parts of northeast and east central Kansas.

If storms form, they are expected to move east and could bring locally heavy rainfall, strong winds, and hail. Residents are advised to monitor conditions closely and have a plan in place in case a storm approaches their area.
