    On May 8, 2025, at approximately 6:21 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Fort Riley Blvd. A 36-year-old male was reported as driving a motor vehicle with an expired registration and a suspended driver’s license.  A subsequence search of the vehicle was conducted, leading to the discovery of a distributable amount of methamphetamine.

    On May 8, 2025, at approximately 11:41 p.m., detectives executed a search warrant in the 2100 block of Elm Lane. Detectives filed a report for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, aggravated endangering a child and possession of marijuana. A 36-year-old male and a 30-year-old female were listed as suspects when it was reported that methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located after the execution of a search warrant. Two juvenile children were present and were listed as victims in the report.

    Cody Dodge, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 8, 2025, for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, aggravated endangerment of a child and possession of marijuana. Dodge was also arrested for driving while suspended and a second count of distribution of methamphetamine. Dodge was issued a total bond of $60,000 and is confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Brittanie Vaughn, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 9, 2025, for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, aggravated endangering a child and possession of marijuana. Vaughn was issued a total bond of $27,000 and is confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
