Officers filed a report of theft by deception at approximately 8:35 p.m. on June 24, 2026 in the 14000 block of Grandview Drive in Randolph. A 36-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported he sent money electronically to an unknown suspect who was impersonating a police officer who said payment was required on a warrant. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,000. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Richard Ramos Jr., 37, of Wamego, was arrested at approximately 3:46 p.m. on June 24 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from an original charge of possession of a firearm while under the influence. Ramos was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Elizabeth Paige Marie Juhl, 23, of Wichita, was arrested at approximately 1:41 p.m. on June 24 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Sedgwick County District Court warrant for two counts of probation violation. Juhl was issued a total bond of $52,500 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Alvin Ramon Love, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:11 a.m. on June 24 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of driving while on a suspended license. Love was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Odin Max Johnston, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:10 a.m. on June 24 in the 1100 block of Garden Way on a Riley County District Court warrant for six counts of violating the offender registration act. Johnston was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
