Affected streets: Moro Street, from Eleventh Street to Manhattan Avenue; Twelfth Street, from Bluemont Avenue to the alley 165 feet south of Laramie Street; Manhattan Avenue, from Bluemont Avenue to Laramie Street; Entrance road to Triangle Park, from Anderson Avenue.
