A lawsuit involving a former K-State football player has been ruled on by the Kansas Supreme Court, with an opinion released Friday. The case involves former KSU offensive lineman Kendyl Jacox and Danitra Cain. Cain has been seeking unpaid child support post judment interest. Jacox played at Kansas State University from 1994-1997 and was in the NFL from 1998 until 2006, with 91 NFL starts. He’s from the Dallas, Texas area.
