The Manhattan City Commission considered a request Tuesday to add new signage to the lot containing Mercy Regional Health Center and other health buildings. “It’s somewhat confusing for people going to the campus on  just which building is which and which entrance is for which doctor and so that’s why they’re adding these signs. There’s 10 signs in all,” said Eric Cattell, assistant director for planning. (Rob) Edleston announced to his Board of Directors on Tuesday that he will enter into retirement on July 1, 2015, after serving in the office for more than a decade. Edleston is the senior technical college president and eighth most senior community college or university president of the 32 Regents institutions in Kansas. Three men charged in connection with the aggravated robbery and kidnapping incident, that took place in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place last month, appeared in Riley County Court Tuesday afternoon via webcam. Ortegas Tune, Rasheem Wilson, and Kaywaun Washington are all currently being held in the Riley County Jail.  All three of their attorneys appeared in Judge William Malcolm’s courtroom for their status hearings.
