A gift of more than $629,000 is heading to the Department of Military Science at Kansas State. K-State’s Director of Military Affairs Art DeGroat tells KMAN the gift is from the estate of Lt. More than $25,000 in damage is being reported by T-Mobile of Overland Park for property located at a Manhattan location. Riley County Police indicate that Thursday at approximately 11:00 AM, police took a report for criminal damage to property in the 2200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Police were told that a hybrid Fiber Optic cable approximately 150 feet long was damaged. The damaged cable belongs to T-Mobile of Overland Park. Riley County Firefighters were called to Dry Creek Equestrian Center in the 3800 block of 69th Avenue in rural Riley County Thursday afternoon.
