According to a press release sent by Customer Liaison with the Kansas Lottery, Karie Lowe, the winner, who asked to remain anonymous, matched all numbers on a Quick Pick ticket to win a jackpot worth $563,881. The Manhattan City Commission examined the need for infrastructure improvements for General Aviation operations on east side of Manhattan Regional airport, during Tuesday night’s work session. The improvements center around the construction of a new General Aviation facility for Fixed Base Operations (FBO). The Hayden Wildcats were in town to start the final stretch of the regular season. The reason for the deactivation is that the missing Texas teenager and the man she’s believed to be with Juan Fabian Arenas Delacruz are no longer believed to be in Kansas.
