Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Bertrand St. in Manhattan on February 11, 2020, at approximately 4:30 PM. Officers listed a 21-year-old female as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect damaged her 2015 Ford Focus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.
