Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of Twin Oaks Drive in Manhattan on February 25, 2020, at approximately 12:30 PM. Officers listed Oliver Construction as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took 10 black powder-coated steel pipes. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for theft of a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on February 25, 2020, at approximately 4:00 PM. Officers listed UHaul as the victim and a known 21-year-old female as the suspect. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $40,000.00.
