A man facing charges for allegedly taking part in an aggravated robbery and kidnapping incident waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday morning.
Kenneth Mallet appeared in front of Judge William Malcolm in connection with an incident reported in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Place this past October. During a preliminary hearing of another defendent in the case, it was indicated that Mallet duct-taped a victim’s hands, feet and mouth and assisted in ransacking an apartment. Mallet is charged with 6 counts, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and attempted aggravated robbery, and his arraignment is set for March 2nd at 2:30 p.m.
