Motorists who frequent K-18 have likely noticed a big change in that area.
As of 5:15 p.m. on Thursday evening, eastbound and westbound K-18 from the west city limits of Manhattan to the east city limits of Ogden was OPENED to two lanes of unrestricted traffic in each direction for the upcoming winter season. All traffic alerts noted below have now been completed.
Some construction work will continue on K-18 throughout the winter months as weather allows, but the work will take place off the roadway with no impacts to traffic.
