    Two Wamego Homes Burglarized

    0
By KMAN Staff on July 6, 2012 Local News, Pottawatomie County, Wamego

The Wamego Police Department is working with the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office on an investigation of two residential aggravated burglaries in Pottawatomie County…

The burglaries occurred on JC Rogers Drive and on Country Club Circle on the west side of Wamego.

Both homes were occupied at the time they were entered on Thursday morning. In both cases the suspect was confronted by occupants and fled the area on foot.

Police officials say the suspect is a male as tall as 5-9 and MIGHT have a dark complexion. Officials also believe the suspect is targeting higher income homes.

There were no signs of forced entry into the homes. Anyone with information on these burglaries are urged to contact Wamego Police at 785-456-9553 or the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s office at 785-457-3353.
