K-State tight end Andre McDonald is currently being confined in the Riley County jail on a probation violation.  McDonald was arrested at 8:00am on Sunday morning and is serving a five-day sanction for violating his probation with Manhattan Municipal Court.  The original charge in his case was a dangerous dog ordinance violation.

McDonald is a junior at K-State, and served last season as the Cats’ backup tight end.  He caught nine passes for 136 yards and a touchdown in 12 games.
