A Manhattan man has been found guilty of all 21 counts against him, including rape, aggravated indecent liberties, and one case of aggravated criminal sodomy, involving two minor victims in Riley County.
The Riley county jury in the case came back with the guilty verdict for John Goodpasture, 43, late Friday morning, with the trial starting Monday of this week.
Riley County Police reported at the time of Goodpasture’s arrest last summer that a 10-year-old girl who knew Goodpasture was involved, but apparently another victim was added in the case. Goodpasture was arrested in mid June of 2011.
