    A number of people are still confined at the Riley County Police Department.

    Eric Lubrano, 22, was arrested on probation violations and failure to appear on the original charges of criminal use of weapons.  His bond was set at $9,500.

    Michael Brooks, 20, was arrested on violating a protection order and harassment by telecommunication device.  His bond was set at $12,000.

    Cody MacDuffee, 20, was held on an extradition of imprisoned person for federal desertion.

    Last is Stephan Cashore, 22, was arrested on failure to appear.  His bond was set for $5,000.

    A rape was reported in South Central Manhattan.

    A 26 year old female reported that the incident occurred between 9:30 am and 10:30 am last Sunday.

    The suspect is known to the victim.

    An injury accident occurred at the intersection of Westport and Anderson Ave.

    Yachal Benedick, 30, was traveling east on Anderson Ave in his 2011 Dodge Ram Truck when he ran a red light and struck a 2000 Jeep.

    Terry Turner, 58, was driving the Jeep south on Westport when the accident occurred.

    Turner was transported to Mercy Regional for possible head injury.

    Benedick was given a citation.
