Highway 24 east of Manhattan is down to one lane as construction has started on a new multiple use trail that will be installed from McCall Road to Levee Drive and then to Linear Trail.
This lane closure is only temporary, and all lanes should be open by the end of the day as materials are unloaded for the contractor.
