    No arrests have been made as an investigation continues into aggravated indecent liberties with a child. This crime occurred between a 15-year-old and 18-year-old who knew each other. Riley County Police were made aware of the crime that took place in Manhattan between May and August of this year, on Thursday (August 14) at approximately 4:00 PM. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information has been released.

    A report of robbery was filed in the 700 block of N. Manhattan Avenue on Friday at approximately 1:00 AM. The incident occurred approximately 24 hours prior. Fredrick McGee, 35, of Manhattan reported that while in the Aggieville Business District two unidentified black males struck him and stole his wallet. The total estimated loss is approximately $29.00 and injuries were not severe. No arrests have been made, as police continue to investigate the matter. Those with information are encouraged to contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
