    Antonio Hill, 46, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested while in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan on April 27, 2018 at approximately 11:30 AM. Hill was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Hill was issued a total bond of $7,500.00. Hill was not confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 400 block of 3rd Pl. in Manhattan on April 27, 2018 at approximately 12:15 PM. Officers listed Bed Bath and Beyond as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects took knife sets and a blender from the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $730.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 700 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on April 27, 2018 at approximately 3:15 PM. Officers listed Devin Decker, 20, of Westmoreland, Kansas as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his wallet and money from him. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $6,440.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1800 block of Laramie St. in Manhattan on April 27, 2018 at approximately 3:30 PM. Officers listed Nechita Carpentry as the victim when it was reported a known suspect took tools from the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,345.00.

    Officers responded to the report of an injury accident near the intersection of Winkler Mills Rd. and Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on April 27, 2018 at approiximately 7:15 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a silver 2001 Chevy truck driven by Cooper Steele, 27, of Randolph had crashed. Steele was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on April 27, 2018 at approximately 9:10 PM. Officers listed Meghan Dixon, 24, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect scammed her out of money. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,250.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Kyle Krout, 25, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 28, 2018 at approximately 2:05 PM. Krout was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Krout was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Michelle Merkle, 37, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 28, 2018 at approximately 10:25 AM. Merkle was arrested on offenses of possession of opiates, opium, or narcotics and traffic contraband in a correctional facility. Merkle was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Vincent Ulibarri, 34, of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 28, 2018 at approximately 9:40 AM. Ulibarri was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Ulibarri was issued a total bond of $75,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for arson in the 2300 block of Tabor Valley Rd. in Manhattan on April 28, 2018 at approximately 7:00 PM. Officers listed James Seymour, 57, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported a known male suspect set his van on fire. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,500.00.

    Travis Barkers, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 600 block of HWY 24 in Manhattan on April 29, 2018 at approximately 3:20 PM. Barkers was arrested on offenses of possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended, driving while habitual violator and possession of marijuana. Barkers was issued a total bond of $6,500.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Samuel Nelms, 35, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested while in the 200 block of Seventh St. in Ogden on April 29, 2018 at approximately 9:30 AM. Nelms was arrested on offenses of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, and sexual exploitation of a child. Nelms was issued a total bond of $100,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
