    Update: Clay Center Police say missing boy found safe

    CLAY CENTER — Police in Clay Center say 2-year-old Lucas Ohlde, who went missing late Friday, has been found and is safe.

    An alert went out Saturday saying the boy may have been in danger, in an alleged custody interference between family members. No further details were released. By Sunday evening, police said the boy was expected to arrive home. There is no word yet on whether anyone will be charged in relation to the child’s disappearance.

    The incident remains under investigation.

    CLAY CENTER — The search continues for a missing Clay Center boy that could potentially be in danger.

    On Saturday, officers from the Clay Center Police Department said 2-year-old Lucas Ohlde was last seen on Friday in town. They believe he is no longer in Clay Center and may be with a family member. The incident is an alleged interference with parental custody. Authorities say they hope someone will come forward with information as to where the boy is.

    Lucas has blonde hair, blue eyes and weighs around 26 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call the Clay Center Police Department at (785) 632-2121.
