A Junction City man was jailed early Tuesday morning on a Riley County District Court warrant alleging two counts of forgery and a single count of theft.
The Riley County Police Department says 30-year-old Joseph Eustice is accused in a Jan. 12 report of fraudulently charging Appletech Design and Construction for gas worth approximately $1,000.
Eustice was released from jail after posting a $13,000 bond.
