    Officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 8:00 a.m. A 20-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported she lost her bank card and it was later used by an unknown suspect to withdraw approximately $3,000 from her bank account.     Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 10:15 a.m. Aggietown Real Estate was listed as the victim when it was reported one of their properties was spray painted with the words “What is free?” on its vinyl siding. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of N. Seth Child Rd. and Kimball Ave. in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 2:30 p.m. After arriving on scene, officers found a 2006 Toyota Corolla driven by Alexa Bell, 20, of Manhattan had been driving north on the exit ramp from N. Seth Child to Kimball when a bicyclist, William Kennedy, 80, of Manhattan switched lanes in front of her causing her to hit Kennedy. Kennedy was transported to Via Christi for treatment of shoulder, elbow, and hip injuries.

    Johnny Corkins, 51, of Manhattan was arrested on May 23, 2023, around 7:15 p.m. on his Leavenworth County District Court warrant and transported to the Leavenworth County Jail.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 2400 block of Woodway Dr. in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 6:00 p.m. A 30-year-old man was listed as the victim when he reported his yellow 2008 Yamaha WR250 motorcycle was stolen. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and criminal damage to property near the intersection of Casement Rd. and Knox Ln. in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 9:45 p.m. 19- and 20-year-old men were listed as the victims when it was reported they were surrounded in their car at Northeast Community Park by a group of people in three cars placing them in fear. A man armed with a gun jumped on the hood of their car and began punching the hood and windshield of the car as they drove away. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the car near the intersection of Seth Child and Amherst Roads but did not find the suspect.     Officers filed a report for theft in the 500 block of N. 5th St. in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 9:45 p.m. A 23-year-old man was listed as the victim when he reported his black 2009 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle was stolen. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,500. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
