    Lottery tickets stolen from Manhattan Kwik Shop

    RCPD filed a report over stolen lottery tickets at the local Kwik Shop in Manhattan on Thursday.

    The report says a known female suspect took a book of lottery tickets, activated them and then cashed them.

    The estimated loss is around $3,000.
