44-year-old Robert Martin was arrested at the Riley County Courthouse at 5:00 pm on a warrant stemming from charges that include eight separate charges for violating a protection order, one count of stalking after a protection order was served and one count of burglary by dwelling to commit felony, theft, domestic violence or a sexually motivated crime.
