    Officers filed a report of criminal deprivation of property in the 200 block of Northfield Road on April 9, 2024, at approximately 9:25 AM.  Officers listed a 61-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a male known to the victim borrowed her 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and did not return the vehicle when agreed upon.

    Christopher Lusebrink, 39, of Manhattan was arrested in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on April 9, 2024, at approximately 10:58 AM. Lusebrink was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violations.  The original charges in this matter were for domestic battery x2. Total bond in this matter was set at $5,000 and Lusebrink was confined at the time of this report.

    Brittany Conrad, 26, of Manhattan was arrested in the 200 block of Seventh Street on April 10, 2024, at approximately 2:03 AM.  Conrad was arrested on probable cause offenses of possession of opiate/opium/narcotic/ or certain stimulant, violation of a protection order, and use/possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body. Total bond was set at $15,000 and Conrad was confined at the time of this report.
