Officers listed Enterprise Rent a Car as the victim when it was reported a known renter failed to return a 2023 Jeep Cherokee per the rental agreement which expired on May 28, 2024. Officers filed a report of aggravated assault in the 1000 block of Pottawatomie Court on June 26, 2024, at approximately 7:19 PM. Officers listed an 18-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a known female subject attempted to strike the victim during a verbal argument.
Angel Morgan, 39, of Junction City, Kansas, was arrested on June 26, 2024, at approximately 3:44 PM at the corner of 4th Street and Leavenworth Street. Morgan was arrested on probable cause offenses of use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, possession of stimulant- 1 prior conviction, operate a motor vehicle without a valid license, distribute or possess with the intent to distribute heroin/certain stimulants (3.5-100 grams). Total bond was set at $20,000. Morgan was not confined at the time of this report.
Ryan Tierney, 20, of Manhattan was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation on June 26, 2024, at approximately 5:34 PM in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road. The original charges in this matter are for a criminal carrying a firearm. Total bond was set at $7,500. Tierney was confined at the time of this report.
