A local chiropractor who was found guilty of sexual battery on a patient in April was released earlier this week from house arrest.
Kenyon Erickson, who owned Erickson Chiropractor in Aggieville, was sentenced to 12 months in prison back on May 21.
Erickson and the court came to an agreement that he would serve his sentence at home. On Monday, Judge Grant Bannister gave Erickson probation for the remaining 9 months of his sentence.
