On October 29, 2024, at approximately 5:22 p.m., officers in Manhattan filed a report involving domestic battery, violation of a protection order, and assault on a law enforcement officer. A 43-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were listed as victims in the incident.
Justin Staley, 42, was subsequently arrested on charges of domestic battery, violation of a protection order, and assault on a law enforcement officer.
Staley was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. He was also arrested in Riley County on March 1st, 2021.
