A 32-year-old Manhattan woman was arrested on October 22, 2024, following an incident that occurred around 3:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Walters Drive. Officers responded to reports that the woman had trespassed on private property and assaulted a 35-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man.
Tiffany Ryals was taken into custody and is facing charges that include criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer, and battery on a law enforcement officer. She was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
